Mix everything together with your hands, making sure the mixture is not uneven. Cover the bowl and put into refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Take a gyoza wrapper and place a gyoza filling in the middle. Dab a little water on the side of the wrapper and fold in two to make a semi circle. While folding, create waves while pinching. This is called "crimping", way to seal up the dumpling. Put into tray with flour dusting. Repeat this step until all gyoza's are made.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put 1tbsp of oil on a pan and heat. I use olive oil on this one. Put your dumpling and fry for 2 minutes, then reduce the heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add about half a cup of water and cover the pan. Steam the dumplings until the water evaporated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Add another 1 tsp of sesame oil on the side of gyoza. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes on a low heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place the dumplings upside down onto a plate and serve with gyoza sauce. I am not sure what is the English name for this. The main ingredient is beef and the common &lt;/span&gt;cuts of beef used are tail, shank or face. It depends on what you prefer to eat. But now, I am using beef shank and ox tripe. Add the cut ox tripe and cut shanks in a pressure cooker to tenderize. Drain and set aside.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;In a large stockpot, heat oil and saute garlic,onions and the tenderized ox tripe and shanks. Pour in water.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;Add the peanut mixture and cook for 10 minutes. Bring to a boil.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;Pour in 1 cup of the coconut milk. Cook for another 10 minutes then add the remaining coconut milk.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;In a bowl, strain the soaked &lt;i&gt;achuete&lt;/i&gt; seeds. Discard the seeds and pour the colored water into the pot. Add the ground rice to thicken liquid. Oyster Sauce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Tofu, cut into cubes and fried&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Procedure:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1. Saute garlic and the onion.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;2. Add Mongo Bean Sprout. Heat oil in a sauce pan and saute garlic, ginger and onions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;2. Add your chicken and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Season it with fish sauce then put salt and pepper to taste (depends on your taste).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;3. Add water and wait to boil. If the chicken is half done put your sayote (or unripe papaya) and let it simmer until chicken and sayote are tender. Then add finger chili and chili leaves on top of your dish. Cover your pan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;4. Remove heat and stir to combine until well blended. I will share another dish that I also cooked last weekend, Chicken Mechado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 kilo Chicken (Adobo cut)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1/4 kilo Gizzard / Balun balunan (optional)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;4 pcs. Minced Red Onions (Depends on your taste, you can add more if you like)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 tbsp. Minced Garlic&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;4 pcs. Small size Potatoes cut into chunks&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 pc. Carrot, sliced&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 pc. Meduim size Bell Pepper cut into strips&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Tomato Sauce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Salt and Pepper&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Cooking oil&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;Procedure:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1. Fry potatoes and carrot then set aside.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;2. Saute garlic and onions then add chicken, add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until tender and cook.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;3. Add potatoes and carrots then add tomato sauce.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;4. Add bell pepper and cook for 2minutes. I don't have work today because I attend an activity last night. So I do have a very long weekend ahead thanks to one offset duty and two days holiday here in Philippines (August 29 National Heroes Day and August 30 End of the Feast of Ramadan a.k.a. EID'L FITR). So I am so excited to go home and relax and enjoy may weekends with my family.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;I'm planning to cook another simple and easy to cook food "Chicken Fritters in Barbecue Sauce". We already try this one and it taste good so i will try this again by myself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: red; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;For the chicken fritters: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;500 grams ground chicken&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1/2 cup all-purpose flour&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 egg, beaten&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1/2 cup minced onion&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 tbsp. minced garlic&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 tbsp. liquid seasoning&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1/2 tbsp. lemon juice or calamansi juice&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 cup frozen mixed vegetables&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;oil for frying&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;For the barbecue sauce:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 tbsp. butter&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1/2 tsp. minced garlic&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1 cup bottled barbecue sauce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: red; font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Procedures:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;1. In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the chicken fritters. Mix well. Season with some salt and pepper. Chill for about 15 to 20 minutes for easier handling.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;2. Scoop about 3 tbsp. of the mixture and form in a patty. Put on a floured tray and do the same for the rest of the mixture.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fritters until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;4. For the sauce, heat butter in a pan the saute garlic. Add barbecue sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, as needed. Serve with chicken fritters.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="font-family: Verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;NOTE:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; To make crispy fritters, roll the patties in breadcrumbs before frying. When you format the hard disk all the data gets lost but it still remains in the hard disk. So, install the data recovery software in the OC now only and avoid the possibility of the files being overwritten. In case of the logical failure, the user gets the interface by the recovery software which can guide him/ her to the location where the data were stored.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many software or applications that is available for you to retrieve your lost data even though you deleted using Shift + Delete. You can search it on the net. I personally used one when I accidentally permanently delete my important files. The advent and introduction of  android phones and touchpad versions of Apples iPad and iPhone has  developed a certain fondness of using modern touchscreen technology.&lt;br /&gt;And  while the people already know how touchscreens work there are only a  few who actually know all the details about it and how it is actually  created. To better utilize the power of touchscreen phones and media  devices a short study on what the technology is would be a good idea.  This will help you understand and utilize some simple troubleshooting  methods as a band-aid treatment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A touchscreen has been defined as  an electronic visual display that works by applying pressure on one or  more parts of the screen. There are several ways of using the touchpad  on a consumer level. A lot of media devices being sold in stores right  now that has touchscreen technology on it can either be used using the  fingers. There are also some other PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) as  well as video games and things like iPhones and the newly minted iPad.&lt;br /&gt;The  very first touchscreen was invented in 1965 by E.A. Through the years people have found several uses for touchscreen  technology which includes ATMs, PDAs and even portable video game  consoles such as the Sega Game Gear.&lt;br /&gt;The technology behind the  touchscreen devices have made significant changes and encountered  evolution since the inception of the technology. Some of these  technologies include resistive touchscreen technology where the signals  are recognized by the system after feeling some form of resistance on  the screen. Surface capacitant touchscreen technology is a system  wherein one of the two insulators has been left uncoated with conductive  layer. The current is then transmitted to the phone or other media  device and transformed into an actual output on the phone or device.&lt;br /&gt;The  construction of the touchscreen can be simplified and will mainly use  these elements for the constructions. There are a lot of ways to cook carbonara. This one I am  making is a simple and easy way to cook a carbona spaghetti. (Make sure to use cooking oil to melt butter so that the  butter will not toast/burn easily).&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Saute garlic and onions then put Maling. Mix well until cooked.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Add sliced mushroom. Cook for two minutes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Add cream of mushroom and all purpose cream. Mix well. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 0in;"&gt;Add water. I joined the group known  as “The Finisher”. Our team loves to hike, run and to have fun in many  different ways. My first climb was in Mt. Natib, Orani, Bataan. Mt.  Natib is one of three major mountains in Bataan (the other two are Mt.  Mariveles and Mt. Samat). Natib is classified as a major climb and 5/9  in difficulty rate. As a newbie in hiking, I expected that it will be  not easy for me to climb a mountain as difficult as Mt. Natib. I also  heard that that place are full of Limatiks (Blood Suckers/Leeches) so I  am having second thought before the climb. But the eagerness to climb a  mountain and to join the team pushed me on my limit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;"&gt;On  the day of our hike, it is like that I’m in a middle of a  horror/suspense/gruesome movie. Our hike went not that well due to bad  weather condition. I wish we could find a lodge to stay until the  weather become much better. And because it is raining hard, billions  (I’m 99% sure of that estimation) of Limatiks are all over the trail  from foot to summit of Mt. Natib making a grin to us and ready to  attack. If I where in a movie I would be saying this line, “We can’t  escape this. Somebody had to die. Somebody must sacrifice. Let it be me.  Let it be me.” &amp;nbsp;But wait… I don’t want to die. Not just like that. Not  without a fight. I want my movie to be happy ending. LOL… :D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;"&gt;To  end up my story it is a relief that we did survive beyond all the  challenge and difficulties we encountered on that hike. I can’t imagine  myself hiking again on Mt. Natib. But I am happy that I experience all  of that.
